Seven Days Club was founded with a mission to promote positive habits and self-care through thoughtfully designed products. Their journey began when their founder focused on building small but meaningful habits, improving their life and inspiring those around them. Witnessing the positive transformation in others, Seven Days Club made it their goal to help people build sustainable self-care habits. Their vision is to create a virtuous cycle of positive energy, empowering individuals to become their best selves and spread
that positivity to those around them.
As part of their mission to influence the well-being of their audience, Seven Days Club decided to extend their impact by launching an album titled Sounds of Self-Care. This album includes three tracks that promote focus and sleep through scientifically researched sound frequencies. The goal of the project was to help listeners enhance their self-care routines through music while increasing brand awareness for Seven Days Club. My role was to design an impactful, serene album cover that aligned with their values.
